ALEP Station is ideal for high-volume production lines where operators perform repetitive soldering tasks over extended shifts.

This station integrates JBC Most Efficient Soldering System to guarantee consistent results and efficient operation in demanding environments.

It is supplied with:

ALEP250 Angled Automatic-Feed Soldering Iron. Its ergonomic grip-format provides a balanced, natural hand position during long shifts to reduce operator strain, while the trigger-actuated feed frees one hand for precise component positioning.

GALE10V solder wire with Ø 1 mm diameter. ALE Control Unit is also compatible with solder wires from Ø 0.4 mm to Ø 1.8 mm, using the appropriate Solder Wire Guide Kit. It includes Solder Wire Perforation for diameters from Ø 0.8 mm and above, improving flux outgassing and reducing projections and Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
